Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, project location, project stage and message you provide. Hosting and email providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses and request logs. Please do not send passports, payment details or other sensitive documents through this form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer you, understand your requirements and take steps at your request before entering a contract. For business enquiries, we also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business communications. Our legitimate interests in security and service reliability support necessary technical processing. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are transmitted using Resend and handled in our Google Workspace email service. Wix manages our domain and DNS. Relevant RENOWA personnel in London and Tashkent may handle your enquiry. Providers may process information outside your country, including in the UK, EEA and United States, under their applicable data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond and discuss the proposed work. If a project proceeds, relevant correspondence becomes part of the project record. Retention depends on the continuing business relationship and applicable legal, accounting or dispute requirements; information should be removed when those purposes no longer require it. You may ask about retention of your particular enquiry or request deletion.
Analytics and your choice
Optional Vercel analytics and performance measurement help us understand visits and improve this website. They load only after you accept analytics. Events record actions such as sending an enquiry or clicking a contact link, never your form contents. Your choice is stored locally in this browser and can be changed using Privacy settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect the enquiry form.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact info@renowa.co.uk to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or your local supervisory authority.
